Sales manager was kind and responded all my 1 mln questions 🤣
I've been looking for the XPLO 25 for a few weeks and finally ordered it here. The racket was exactly what I expected. Used it this weekend and it feels great
Ordered a Siux Electra racket and it arrived really fast. Packaging was good and the racket came exactly as described. Will order again
I bought it as a gift, perfect for beginners
Easy to buy, fast delivery, and good quality of the racket
T-shirt is perfect for casual wear as well as recreational tennis matches. Comfortable and soft with moisture-wicking fabric.
great customer service very good products bought metalbone from them
Finally found a store in the UAE that actually stocks the 2026 Siux Fenix Pro. I was worried about getting a clone, but the racket is 100% authentic with the proper 18K carbon feel.
Excellent racket and experience. Thanks
Great price and quick delivery
excellent
The are excellent. I told them I needed a product urgently. They delivered within a couple of hours as an exception (example 1 of their high service level ). A few days later the product stopped working due to a manufacturing defect , they replaced the product quickly and again either amazing service . I will be buying regularly from them on the future .
Excellent
The racket had very visible scratches and scuffs.
The bag is super small, but I’m still grateful as it was free due to delays in my delivery for my racket
Quick delivery, packaged well. Rackets are great. And the Haribos were a nice touch. The kids loved the rackets and the sweets.
Very good price for such a good item
An Amazing racket it is the Adidas matalbone carbon ctrl, online purchase and delivery were so smooth and fast , Authentic awesome racket
Excellent and fast delivery
The order was delayed as you had shipping issues, it also registered as 2 orders rather than one. You had also confirmed it came with a padel racket cover. So after the delayed delivery it came without the cover as confirmed.
Excellent service and customer support . Good knowledge and recommendation for a racquet that suits my needs . Thank you and will be back again .
Good shopping experience overall. Delivery was quick and customer service was responsive through WhatsApp
Great experience with this padel store! My racket was damaged, and they made the replacement process super fast and easy. The staff were helpful, professional, and handled everything without any hassle. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and quick response.
