I've been looking for the XPLO 25 for a few weeks and finally ordered it here. The racket was exactly what I expected. Used it this weekend and it feels great
Finally found a store in the UAE that actually stocks the 2026 Siux Fenix Pro. I was worried about getting a clone, but the racket is 100% authentic with the proper 18K carbon feel.
The are excellent. I told them I needed a product urgently. They delivered within a couple of hours as an exception (example 1 of their high service level ).
A few days later the product stopped working due to a manufacturing defect , they replaced the product quickly and again either amazing service .
I will be buying regularly from them on the future .
The order was delayed as you had shipping issues, it also registered as 2 orders rather than one. You had also confirmed it came with a padel racket cover. So after the delayed delivery it came without the cover as confirmed.
