• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

3. Non-Returnable Items:

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the items are received.

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 7-10 Working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
